Safety in Health Setting
The Safety in Health Setting programme is a collaboration with the Lagos State Safety Commission and Lagos state Ministry of Health.
The Lagos state Government has passed a bill on safety of lives and properties in the state. This has necessitated new priorities for the health sector: Public and Private.
Information on the compliance of regulation and guidelines will be via various advocacy programmes and capacity building for Health facilities in Lagos. The safety in health setting conference/workshop is the first in the compliance drive, scheduled for 11th & 12th February 2014 (Private & Public Sector). This is a collaboration between Lagos State Safety Commission and The Ministry of Health. The conference is coordinated by Stream Pharmaceutical UK.
Attendance is mandatory for a minimum of two staff from each pharmaceutical setting and a minimum of two staff from each department of the Hospital
